Frequently asked questions
Everything about choosing a formula, taking it safely, and getting your order.
Choosing & using your formula
How do I choose the right formula?
Start with your goal. Each goal maps to a Sanskrit family — Energy, Strength, Metabolic, Immunity, Calm & Sleep, Digestion, Beauty, or Joint & Mobility. Pick the category that matches what you want support for, then open the product page to read the ingredients, suggested use, and product attributes before you buy.
What do the Sanskrit family names mean?
They name the goal each formula supports. Prana — Energy + Performance · Bala — Strength + Muscle · Agni — Metabolic + Weight Balance · Raksha — Immunity + Resilience · Shanti — Calm + Sleep + Rest · Jataragni — Digestion + Gut Health · Tejas — Beauty + Longevity · Sanchara — Joint + Mobility. The plain-English goal is always shown first, the Sanskrit name second.
How do I take them?
Follow the suggested use printed on each product's label and listed on its product page. Most capsule formulas are one to two per day. Directions vary by product, so always use the guidance on the specific item you bought.
Can I take more than one formula at a time?
Many people pair formulas by goal — for example an energy blend in the morning and a calm blend in the evening. If you are pregnant or nursing, take medication, or manage a medical condition, talk with your healthcare provider before combining products.
When will I notice a difference?
Herbal supplements work best taken consistently as part of a daily routine, and results vary from person to person. These products are intended to support your wellness goals — not to treat or cure — and are best used alongside a balanced diet and lifestyle.
Ingredients & suitability
Where can I see the full ingredients and supplement facts?
On each product page. The label image and description list the ingredients, serving size, and suggested use for that formula. We show the product's own label rather than a hand-typed table, so what you read is what's on the bottle. Always review it before use.
Are the products vegan, gluten-free, or non-GMO?
It depends on the formula. Each product page displays that item's own attributes — such as vegetarian, gluten-free, or non-GMO — so check the icons on the individual product. Attributes apply per product and are not the same across the whole range (for example, a whey protein is not vegan).
Who makes Durga formulas?
Durga formulas are produced by our supplement manufacturing partner and labeled to the specifications shown on each product page. For specific sourcing or manufacturing questions, reach out through the Contact page.
Safety
Are there any precautions, or who should not take them?
Consult a qualified healthcare provider before use if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, managing a medical condition, or under 18. Use only as directed, do not exceed the suggested serving, and keep products out of reach of children. Stop use and contact your healthcare provider if you experience an unwanted reaction.
Are these a substitute for medical advice?
No. The information on this site is for general wellness education and shopping decisions, not medical advice. Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk with a healthcare provider about what is right for you.
